Prestigious global organisation have an opportunity for a Turkish speaker to join their Technical Services Department as a Warranty Specialist.Responsibilities include: Assessing, processing and validating warranty claims, whether paper or electronic, to deadlines for the Turkish market. Ensuring that claims are correctly coded so that Engineering promptly identifies product issues for resolution. Ensuring that warranty credits are created correctly and distributing appropriate credit notes to the respective dealers with detail of claims paid/rejected. Resolving queries on warranty claims, on decision taken, on claim progress and status to dealers, Field Service, Sales and Finance. Liaise with Field staff to improve business relations and procedure with dealers. A firm approach to non-compliancy may at times be required. Inform dealers and internal staff on warranty rules and procedures and on the correct method of claim and registration submission and other warranty feature on the Web based facility.
Applicants should be computer literate, have good communications skills, a helpful manner, good problem resolution skills and have proven administrative ability. Must be fluent in Turkish; a third European language would be an advantage. Salary to 22,000 according to experience.
