Prestigious translation services provider has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Translator with Korean mother tongue. The company is looking for a dedicated translation professional who can keep up with the fast-pace of technology and client demands. People who take pride in their own work, but also appreciate a collaborative approach, and will occasionally go that extra mile to keep a client happy, or a colleague smiling. Someone who can competently handle a variety of linguistic tasks: translating, reviewing, post-editing, updating glossaries, creating style guides, coming up with slogans and with texts that work in the target culture. The applicant will be involved with product descriptions, training materials, website content, marketing copy, user interfaces and operating instructions. If you have copywriting talent – even better! You’ll be using CAT tools on a daily basis, and you won’t have time to get bored. You’re bound to love the international atmosphere, comradeship and great cultural experiences of your work environment. Key Responsibilities  3 years + experience as a translator, from English to Korean, familiar with CAT tools, preferably MemoQ  Korean user of native speaking level with a high level of language awareness  Above-average writing skills in your mother tongue, as well as good English  Passionate about fashion and style  Ability to think outside the box  Flexibility and a positive attitude  Good communication skills  Professional approach and commitment to quality  Able to work autonomously as well as within a team Preferable  Familiar with MemoQ or similar CAT tool  Contract type: Full-Time, permanent  Location: Cambridge, United Kingdom. Relocation support available. Must be allowed to work in the UK.  Start date: Position available immediately  Holidays: 24 days plus National holidays Starting salary: to £30,000
