Organisation involved in the Health Care industry have an opportunity for a fluent French speaking Account Manager. The key purpose of this role is to drive excellent customer service and sales through the management of change, communication and coaching. The role will require close liaison with regional referral centres, pharmaceutical companies, patients and all departments to enhance the standard of service provided to wholesale customers. Responsibilities include: To have a hands-on approach to managing change, communication and dealing with product, service and process knowledge gaps. To assist and deliver refresher training on disease areas, treatments, operational tasks and process updates. To ensure that operations comply with quality procedures and the service specification. To be proactive in identifying potential problems. To provide support to the Operations Manager. To assist the sales team in improving external perceptions of the service delivery. Experience: The role holder will ideally have experience in the following: Ability to demonstrate a leadership style totally focused on the constant coaching and development of the Company to support the delivery of excellent customer service and sales. Experience of dealing with Pharmaceutical companies and sales. Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of Microsoft office and publisher. Personal Skills & Qualities: Fluent spoken and written French. Highly self-motivated Innovative, proactive, leads by example Works well under pressure Familiar with IT databases.
