In line with their continuing expansion, our client, a well established Commercial Flooring provider, has a new vacancy for a Contracts Manager to be based at their new Birmingham Headquarters.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are managed effectively and to a high standard, delegating and overseeing all projects to ensure that exceptional service and quality are delivered.
This will involve conducting site surveys, creating quotations, managing contracts within budget and timely, and completing necessary administrative tasks in respect of works, surveys, quotes, personnel etc.
Additionally you will manage Senior and Trainee flooring fitters, deal with complaints and queries and meet all Training, HR and Health and Safety requirements.
You will ideally have a background in the buliding industry - ideally flooring, with experience of contracts/project management. However training will be given,
Good communication skills are essential as are good organisational and Time Management skills. You will be pro-active, flexible and have a positive attitude.

Starting salary £25,000 to 40,000 plus generous bonus, 25 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays. Company vehicle.
You will initially be based at the Leicester Headquarters, prior to joining the Birmingham office.
